Prosgreen Meridian Massage × MBTI Charm Development Online Course

1. Service Description
   This course provides pre-recorded online video lessons via a private Facebook group. After successful payment, the access link will be delivered within 24 hours.

2. Course Type
   One-time purchase only. Not a reservation system, subscription, or prepaid value service.

3. Access & Account
   Access is personal and non-transferable. Sharing group links or accounts, or granting any third-party access, is prohibited.

4. Shipment (If Applicable)
   If the course includes physical tools, they will be shipped within 5 business days after payment.

5. Intellectual Property
   All videos, handouts, images, audio, and text are owned by Prosgreen. Recording, copying, re-uploading, reselling, public display, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Policy Changes
   Service details or policies may be updated from time to time and will be published on the website.

7. Governing Law (Neutral)
   This service follows applicable e-commerce and consumer-protection regulations in Taiwan.

🟢 Refund Policy

1. Eligibility Window
   Refund requests are accepted within 12 hours after access to the Facebook group has been granted. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

2. Processing Time
   Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5 business days to the original payment method. The actual posting time depends on your card-issuing bank or payment platform.

3. Exceptions (Non-Refundable Situations)

   • The course has been fully viewed or substantially consumed;

   • Any unauthorized sharing, recording, re-uploading, or public display of course content;

   • Any violation of intellectual-property terms.

4. Transaction/Processing Fee
   A non-refundable transaction/processing fee charged by the payment gateway will be deducted from the refund amount. The customer bears this fee because it is incurred during the payment process.

5. After Refund
   Upon refund approval and processing, course access (including group membership) will be terminated immediately.

🟢（1）服務條款

Prosgreen 全身撥經 × MBTI 線上課程 服務條款

1. 服務內容：提供全身撥經與 MBTI 課程之線上預錄教學與相關實體工具。

2. 課程開通：付款成功後 24 小時內寄送 Facebook 秘密社團入社連結並開通。

3. 非訂閱制：一次性付款，無自動續訂與儲值扣款。

4. 退費：開通後 12 小時內可申請；通過後終止入社權限。

5. 出貨：含實體工具者，5 個工作日內出貨；遇例假日或不可抗力得順延。

6. 智財權：課程與教材為 Prosgreen 版權；嚴禁錄影、轉載、散布、轉售。

7. 爭議處理：依中華民國法律；高雄地方法院為第一審管轄。

🟢（2）退款政策

1. 申請時限：社團開通後 12 小時內可申請退款；逾期視同放棄。

2. 流程與時間：審核通過後 5 個工作日內原路退回（實際入帳依銀行作業）。

3. 實體工具：已出貨或拆封恕不退換；瑕疵請於收貨後2日內通知客服。

4. 例外：天災或平台異常致無法觀看，請於 24 小時內聯繫協助。

5. 例外條款 : 若學員已完整觀看課程、擅自分享內容、或有侵犯著作權情形，恕不受理退款。

6. 手續費說明 : 因刷卡退款將產生金流平台之交易手續費，該筆手續費由申請退款之消費者自行負擔，退款金額將扣除該筆實際支付之手續費後退回。
